God’s Own Country – Kerala (കേരള), is also known as “The Land Of Spices”. The state is located in the Southern most part of the Indian subcontinent. It has a coastal area of around 580 kilometers. It is also separated by the western ghats from the other part of the country which resulted in a unique culture.
The cuisine of Kerala is also influenced by these geographical features, even though it is always open to global cuisines. Kerala has it’s own traditional and authentic cuisines along with improvisations of other global cuisines that we included in our lifestyle in the course of time.
